How the Order List Works
The order list screen presents customer orders in a structured, easy-to-navigate format. Each order entry displays essential information to help you quickly assess and manage orders.
Order Information Displayed
Each order in the list shows:
- Order ID - Unique identifier for tracking
- Customer Name - Who placed the order
- Order Date - When the order was created
- Branch Location - Which outlet processed the order
- Order Status - Current state of the order
- Total Amount - Order value
- Additional Details - Payment method, delivery type, and other relevant information
Available Filters
Use these filters to narrow down your order list and focus on specific criteria:
Date Filters
- Today Date: Quickly filter orders placed on the current day
- Date Range Picker:
- Select predefined ranges (7 days, 14 days)
- Specify custom start and end dates for precise filtering
Location & Status Filters
- Branch: Filter orders by specific branch locations to focus on particular outlets
- Status: Use the horizontal tab bar to filter by order status:
- Pending
- Completed
- Cancelled
- In Progress
- Other custom statuses
