This screen displays a list of customer orders, providing users with a comprehensive overview and management tools for tracking and processing orders efficiently.

How the Order List Works

The order list screen presents customer orders in a structured, easy-to-navigate format. Each order entry displays essential information to help you quickly assess and manage orders.

Order Information Displayed

Each order in the list shows:

  • Order ID - Unique identifier for tracking
  • Customer Name - Who placed the order
  • Order Date - When the order was created
  • Branch Location - Which outlet processed the order
  • Order Status - Current state of the order
  • Total Amount - Order value
  • Additional Details - Payment method, delivery type, and other relevant information

Available Filters

Use these filters to narrow down your order list and focus on specific criteria:

Date Filters

  • Today Date: Quickly filter orders placed on the current day
  • Date Range Picker:
    • Select predefined ranges (7 days, 14 days)
    • Specify custom start and end dates for precise filtering

Location & Status Filters

  • Branch: Filter orders by specific branch locations to focus on particular outlets
  • Status: Use the horizontal tab bar to filter by order status:
    • Pending
    • Completed
    • Cancelled
    • In Progress
    • Other custom statuses

Core Functionalities

Search Orders

Enter keywords to quickly locate specific orders:

  • Customer name
  • Order ID
  • Product names
  • Any other order-related information

Export Data

Export your filtered or complete order list for:

  • Reporting purposes
